What's the Plan?

Albert's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.’s Service Protection Plan (SPP) is a service that regularly maintains your furnace and air conditioning equipment to ensure safety, efficiency, and appropriate functionality. It is available on all makes and models and is intended to prevent problems before they occur, ultimately minimizing long-term expenses while optimizing performance and energy savings!

What Does the Plan Include?

  • Inspection of equipment including flue pipes, condensate drainage and hoses, heat exchanger, blower, and venter motor
  • Carbon monoxide safety testing
  • Clean and adjust burner assembly
  • Full cleaning of ignition assembly
  • Replacement of oil nozzle & filter
  • Testing of chimney draft levels
  • Measure and adjust operating pressures
  • Measure and adjust refrigerant levels
  • Clean and adjust blower components
  • Measure and correct volts and amperages
  • Clean and lubricate moving parts
  • Check evaporative coil, clean condenser coil, and condensation drains
  • Measure for correct air-flow
  • Inspect and tighten electrical connections
  • Calibrate thermostat and check batteries
  • Clean unit in necessary areas
