With either our Security Plus or Premium Energy Management Agreement, you receive an annual Complete Precision Tune-Up!  Your heating and/or air conditioning equipment will receive all of the necessary following services:

  • Carbon Monoxide Testing

  • Clean and adjust burner assembly

  • Clean ignition assembly

  • Replace oil filter/nozzle or elements

  • Monitor chimney draft

  • Adjust operating pressures

  • Test safety controls

  • Clean and adjust blower components

  • Measure for correct air flow

  • Measure volts/amps on motors

  • Lubricate all moving parts

  • Adjust thermostat calibration

  • Clean evaporation coil (if accessible)

  • Clean condenser coil

  • Clean condensate drains

  • Measure temperature difference
